The DETAIL FORM IS ON This Page; SO THIS PAGE MUST BE MONITORED TWICE A DAY
THE FORECLOSURE SOLUTIONS GROUP & Danny Hammond
We Can Help You Save Your Home, Or Get It Back!
The Dreaded Detail Form:
Our Goal Is To Help Borrowers Like You, Understand Their Real Foreclosure Issues. Then Work Together With You, To Write And File What Is Needed, And To Understand What Is Written In What You Filed To Defend Your Home From These Criminal Racketeers.
We now have a staff and those who have joined me are more qualified than I had even hoped. We have worked hard to incorporate what we are learning on a daily basis and to streamline the process so we can move at a faster and more logical pace.
But, the people who know good and well that they are stealing homes by using the courts wrongfully have never paused. This was not an event that happened in 2008 and then it was fixed and now it is starting again. That is myth and legend. It was caused by Congress and it was never fixed. The problems started in 1999.
The same "scheme" has been used consecutively for 27 years. There is no one to fix it but the people.
None of us are working together yet. The fix is to be one voice speaking the truth, and not millions of voices whispering in the wind. I will get to that later.
I can't help everyone at the same time. If you are interested in visiting with us about your home, we don't want to leave anyone out.
This is not a business. My career is real estate consulting. I just need for the Foreclosure Solutions Group to break even while being affordable. I have worked for a year to come at least close to both goals.
We need for you to first try to fill out a form. It will look long and hard. It really isn't. I want you to to just fill out what you can quickly and easily. No one could answer them all.
If you don't know the answer to one of the questions, either guess and tell us you did, or just skip it.
I have been using it for a long time to tell me what borrowers like you know, and just as importantly, what you don't know. Without information from this form our first call will go in a loop. I rarely spend less that 2 hours on the phone if I haven't seen the form. A half hour is plenty to get us going.
Get as many as you can, without raising your anxiety by very much. The Form will also help you sort out your thoughts and help you to organize what events you are facing soon and why.
At the end there is a link to click to take you back to the top of the website and we will already have your form to begin to review.

Section E — Working with Danny’s Method
This section protects your time and Danny’s. The purpose is not to shame anyone. Foreclosure is
emotional. But a working session has to be calm enough to distinguish documents, facts, assumptions,
and arguments. Danny's strategy is based on the Federal Constitution. He knows and thinks about state statute, but you cannot mix the following A & B
A. Trying to win a state case by trying to prove you are being defrauded
B. Proving there never could have been a case.
If you are determined to try to win by using state laws and statute and researching for the golden answer that no one has found in 27 years, there is a good chance that you will not be a good fit with Danny. The two approaches just cannot be used together. It is time consuming and the two actually disqualify each other. You don't have to quit now. There will be plenty of time to talk it over.
30. Which statement best describes what you are seeking?
Single choice:
(a) I want to learn how to do it myself,
(b) I have done research and want to understand which parts are actually useful in court.
(c) I mainly want someone to confirm my theory and help me file it.
(d) I want someone else to take over and handle everything for me.
31. If Danny tells you that an argument you believe in is not supported by the record or decided law, what is your likely response?
Single choice:
(a) Ask why, learn from the explanation, and set it aside if it does not work.
(b) Ask questions and consider the explanation.
(c) Keep it in the case anyway because I believe it is important.
(d) Look for someone who will agree with me.
32. Danny’s Rule #1 is “Take three steps back from crazy.” The working method focuses on documented facts, standing, jurisdiction, and claims that can be responsibly supported. How does that approach fityou?
Single choice:
(a) Exactly right; I want evidence and law, not theories.
(b) I have explored theories but am open to dropping what is not usable.
(c) I want to pursue theories alongside a record-based approach.
(d) I am not willing to set those theories aside.
33. How do you generally handle emotionally difficult paperwork, conflict, and time pressure?
Single choice:
(a) I can work calmly and stay focused on facts.
(b) I get stressed, but I can regroup and work.
(c) I need frequent reassurance, but I will do the work.
(d) I often become overwhelmed, angry, or unable to stay on the task.
34. How much time can you realistically give each week to gathering records, reading assigned material, and working on your own documents?
Single choice: 5 or more hours/2–5 hours/Less than 2 hours/I do not have time and expect someone else
to do it.
Section F — Program Readiness
Danny’s primary working model is an educational, one-on-one document-building program. The client
remains responsible for their own decisions, documents, and filing. A working session is not legal
representation, and no result can be guaranteed.
35. The Complaint Builder Program consists of one-on-one working together sessions. You have been through everything that happened. You can tell Danny what happened. He wasn't there. He knows what to so about what happened.
The program investment is $2,100, or three scheduled payments of $700 for households that need a payment plan. We do have some ideas about less expensive ways to approach this. But, this number is best for the best program. We can talk more about that.
Which statement is accurate today?
Single choice:
(a) I can invest $2,100 when accepted.
(b) I can responsibly use the 3 × $700 payment schedule.
(c) I cannot invest in this now, but I would like free educational material.
(d) I need a short conversation before I can answer.
36. Is money a problem in moving forward?
37. If money is tight, are you interested in a lower-cost educational call
38. Has the foreclosure or related dispute harmed your credit?
Yes___No_____ I do not know_____
Section G — Working Agreement required,
39. Please read and honestly acknowledge each statement.
Required, every box must be checked:
☐ I understand that this is educational and document-preparation assistance, not legal representation.
☐ I understand that no outcome, court result, sale stoppage, recovery, or settlement can be guaranteed.
☐ I understand that I must make my own decisions and remain responsible for any document I file or
action I take.
☐ I am willing to gather records, read material, and work from facts rather than demand that another
person do everything for me.
☐ I am willing to set aside claims or theories that cannot be responsibly supported by the case record and applicable law.
☐ I can participate in a focused, respectful working session even though the matter is emotional.
☐ I have answered this form truthfully and will notify the team if a deadline changes.
