This party is the judge. There is a constitutional remedy that does not require an
attorney.
So I joined a group discussing how badly things are going for most Borrowers. They
were making claims, and stating facts and writing hundreds of words that were true,
but not helpful.
I like what I wrote so I cleaned it up and now it looks like a good post to me.

Yes, it is true we are all victims of the largest Ponzi Scheme that the world has ever
seen. Attorneys, Judges, Congress, the Administration, have all cooperated with the
Foreclosing Parties ("Imposters and Fictitious Payees" these terms are legal terms from
UCC-1), when viewed in regards to the "RACKETEERING INFLUENCED CORRUPT
ORGANIZATIONS ACT" (RICO) all three groups have participated in an organized
fashion and repeatedly defrauding and intimidating US citizens in order to take money,
property, or possessions, and this fits the exact definition of a RICO "enterprise".
This is a charge which your judge will not even respond to. Even though his oath
demands that he must. But, that is the problem. The Judge won’t even read it. What
you guys are yaking about in this forum are just complaints about what you can't do
But, what you can do, is to sue your judge even though judges believe they have
absolute immunity. But, that is not true in cases where it is the Judge himself who is
the responsible party in the violation of your constitutional civil rights. The Supreme
Court has settled the matter long ago. There is no such thing as “absolute immunity”
because if that were so, judges would have powers greater than any citizen. But, they
are just a citizen.
There is no immunity for a judge who moves a case forward without the attacking party
proving its Standing by claiming an injury and proving it with “concrete and
particularized” evidence. He is not a judge in this case. He is a citizen impersonating
a judge. That is a violation of constitutional law.
The most relevant and always present right you have is that you cannot be sued by
someone who does not have the right to sue you. That right is Standing. (See FRCP
Rule 17 (a)(1).
In today’s screwed up world, the foreclosing party will never have standing as included
in and directed by the constitution and defined by the US Supreme Court as the:
Constitutional, Irreducible, Minimum Requirements for Standing.
The Foreclosing Party, in this immense and corrupt system with so many participants,
will never claim it has suffered any injury. This is the one and true basis of standing.
I have never seen it included in their lawsuits, answers, or motions.
It is this simple. "No claim of Injury, No Standing".
Even if the foreclosing party could have met the minimum requirements of Standing, if they did not claim it in there first filing then they cannot have Standing. Lack of Standing may not ever be repaired.
I have explained it simply on my website every way I can. The information is free. Let
go of what happened. This is the only way to win. No attorneys will sue a judge for
violations of civil rights.
I have talked to 147 attorneys in nine states and that is the general breakdown. Only
Borrowers can do this the right way. In fact, it is a civic duty.
Vet me on this. Call ten attorneys and ask them if they will help you sue your judge
for Deprivation of Civil Rights.
Three will say "you can't do that". Three will say, "give me $3000 and I will look into it".
Three will say, " you are right, but no attorney will push on a judge”.
The remaining tenth attorney one will just stare at you and blink.
Try it.
If I am not right, then why did the Feds put 1,000 bankers in jail during the Savings
& Loan Crisis from 1986-1994, but in this current 20-year meltdown which is still
ongoing, not one banker has even been indicted. How could that be true if the laws are
being followed by all of the responsible parties?
Our country is facing great peril. You have an entry into the fight to save it. Your
foreclosure. Your civil rights will not allow wrongful foreclosure. But, there will be no
help. But, the answer is not so hard to do yourself.
